ASSESSMENT COLLECTION POLICY

 

All dues payments are $190.00, due on the first day of each month. A 10% late charge will be assessed if payment is not received in the management company office before the close of business on the fifteenth (15th) day of the month. Please remember that the management company personnel do not check post marks.

If the assessment becomes more that 60 days delinquent, the Board of Directors may place a lien on the property or send the account to an attorney to begin foreclosure proceeding. A lien and/or foreclosure creates an additional expense for the homeowner. The homeowner is responsible for all charges, filing fees, and attorney fees accrued in the process of collecting assessments.
