GRRRRRR!!
As you have probably noticed the board has approved landscape improvements the past couple of years As a result of the most recent walk around action was taken to remove dead and hazardous trees, as well as trimming. This will begin on Thursday, the 25th of September. Be sure to park your cars in your garage.
Trash into cash!!
18 October 2003 - Will be the Nantucket Village community garage sale from 8 am. -12 pm. Everyone is invited take advantage of the newspaper advertisement. Keep treasures within your garage. We ask that everyone dispose of their left over, or unwanted items by giving them to charity and not by dumping them in the trash bins

28 October 2003 - The annual association meeting will be held at Saticoy Elementary School at 6 pm. Official notification will follow in the mail.
Building repairs Balcony rails will be replaced with an artificial wood which will extend the rails useful life. Expect replacement to start next month.
BE AWARE....CRIME IS THERE!!
There have been burglaries in our community. The board would like to offer some warnings:
1. Please keep a look out for suspicious people that don’t belong. If so, call the police. (Suspect is a male approximately 17 years old that was seen the community and is believed to have taken a wallet and a cell phone out of an unlocked car parked in the garage.)
2. LOCK YOUR CAR! An unlocked car is just an open invitation for theft.

Please do not park in front of your garage at any time. There is not enough room for emergency vehicles. Do you want to test your neighbors driving ability?

Finally, NO riding of skateboards, roller blades or scooters are allowed in this community. Please recreate at the nearby parks.
